In short

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and embeds no external fonts or video platforms. Fonts, images and films are served directly from our own server.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit the site, Netlify processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time of access, the requested address and browser information (server log files) in order to deliver the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or – where Netlify is certified – the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More: https://www.netlify.com/privacy/

Contact form

If you write to us via the form, we process the data you enter (name, email address and, optionally, company, services needed, project description, timeframe and budget range) in order to reply to your enquiry. Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms; Netlify stores the submission and automatically checks it for spam. We then receive the enquiry by email. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the data once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

Contact by email

If you email us, we process your address and the content of your message to deal with your request. Our mailbox is operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany.

WhatsApp and Instagram

This website links to WhatsApp and Instagram (both Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland). These are plain links: you are only taken to the respective service when you tap them, and its privacy policy applies there. If you message us on WhatsApp, Meta processes your message and phone number; for confidential matters, please use email or the form instead.

Link to Amazon

On the Studio page we link to a book on Amazon. The link is marked as an affiliate link. You are only taken to Amazon when you click it; Amazon may set cookies there, and Amazon's privacy notice applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. Just write to us at hello@bushyfam.studio.
